Residential Team

The Residential Care Team is dedicated to providing residential support for the Farm in Mill Spring residents during the evenings, overnight and weekends, ensuring 24/7 care and support. They also organize numerous recreational, cultural, and creative arts experiences in the Asheville and Hendersonville, NC, and Greenville, SC regions to promote whole-person growth and recovery. The outings may include hiking, shopping, museums, waterfalls, and other water activities based on the season. On the last Wednesday of each month, they host a Family Style Dinner based on residents’ menu and décor input. Always a festive evening concluding with homemade ice cream.
