Bryan-Giudici

Bryan Giudici, AAS

Residential Operations Director

“I strongly believe in the CooperRiis approach to Residential Treatment. There is significant value in the relationships between residents and their treatment teams that foster trust and understanding, promote positive growth and change through person-centered programming, and reduce common barriers to treatment and healing.”

Before joining the CooperRiis team, Bryan worked in Direct Care and Programming with Adolescent Youth in a Residential Treatment Center in Asheville, NC. Additionally, he trained direct care staff in crisis intervention using the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (T.C.I.) developed by Cornell University through their Residential Child Care Project. He subsequently spearheaded an initiative to reduce and eliminate the use of restrictive interventions/seclusions.

Bryan has also worked at the Biltmore Estate as a cook for six years in a casual fine dining setting.

Bryan earned his A.A.S. in Human Services and a Certificate in Substance Abuse Studies at A.B. Tech Community College in Asheville in 2017.

He is pursuing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services at East Tennessee State University, with a projected completion spring of 2023.

Bryan is a true renaissance man, an Eagle Scout, an outdoorsman- hiking, camping, canoeing, and a great cook. With 20 years of drumming experience, you may find him jamming with CooperRiis residents and staff.

He lives locally with his family, two cats, and a dog.
